Q: Where do you get your products?

A: Our eco-friendly, minimal-to-zero waste products are carefully sourced from vendors on the same mission. We are aware of greenwashing so we make sure to do our due diligence when researching a new vendor before considering to carry their products. 

Our products come from all over the world, however, we prioritize local vendors because we believe in supporting other small businesses in the area. If you are a company with eco-friendly products and sustainable practices, please get in touch with us to discuss how we can work together.

Q. What is I discover one of the brands you are carrying uses greenwashing tactics and is not really sustainable?

A. From time to time, information will slip through the cracks. If this is the case, please let us know right away by sending us a message with a link to the source that validates your claim. Once we confirm your claim, we will take down all products associated with the brand and will blacklist the brand. 

Q. What if I can't find something I need from your ecoshop?

A. Simply drop us a line to let us know and we'd be more than happy to reach out to our vendors to find what you are looking for.

Q: How sustainable is your company?

A: We practice what we preach and apply as many sustainable practices in our business operations as well as in our personal life as much as we possibly can. These include subscribing to a local community solar farm, saving resources by doing most of our work digitally (especially marketing), choosing a courier that participate in a carbon neutral program when possible, and replacing everyday supplies with minimal to zero waste alternatives. And as our company grows with time, our efforts to become minimal to zero waste will increase.

Q: Where is your store located?

A: Currently, we are only located online and will occasionally be at local farmer's market events, but have plans to open a brick-and-mortar store in Albany, NY, in the near future. Please join our email list (scroll to the bottom) if you would like to be informed of our grand opening. 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, and Paypal.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is $7.99 for orders $40 and below. Shipping is FREE for orders $40 and up in the continental US. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Learn more about how we do Shipping.

Q: How do you ship your products?

A: Products are carefully wrapped in recyclable, plastic-free packages and shipped using our couriers’ carbon neutral option when possible to offset the climate impact of the shipment. Learn more about how we do Shipping.

About Your Order

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: Orders are processed Monday thru Friday and can take up to 3 days, depending on current promotions and holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are not processed until Monday. 

Once processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track the shipment of your order.

Q: Where is my order?

A: You can track the status of your order here.

Once your order leaves our ecoshop, it is the courier's responsibility to deliver it to you safely and timely. If you haven't received your order once it's been shipped, please contact the courier listed with your tracking number. 

Q: What is your return, exchange and refund policy?

A: We accept returns within 15 days of the date your order was shipped. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We will issue you a refund once your return is received and passes inspection. Exchanges can be made for items that were sent incorrectly or arrived defective, or damaged. Read more about our Return Policy.

A: If you are a company with eco-friendly products and sustainable practices, please get in touch with us to discuss how we can work together. We aim to prioritize local vendors because we believe in supporting other small businesses in the area.

Q: Do you do donations or sponsorships?

A: Yes, as long as the organization's mission aligns with ours and is located in or near Albany, NY. We can do in-kind donations and monetary sponsorships, depending on the event. If you have a sponsorship opportunity you think we'd be interested in, please contact us.
